Registration

You must register to use parts of the KBC Site (eg client extranets, technical hotline, software support pages). During registration you are required to give your contact information (such as name and e-mail address). This information is used to control access to certain areas of the site.

Occasionally KBC may offer members and site visitors an opportunity to participate in a survey, contest or sweepstake. Information collected by KBC when you participate in a survey, contest or sweepstake may include your full name, e-mail address, street address and employer.

KBC collects PII such as your full name, e-mail address and contact number whenever you submit a question or suggestion, or request assistance.

Newsletters and technical articles

If you wish to subscribe to KBC's newsletter or receive details of technical articles, the KBC Site asks for contact information such as name and e-mail address.

Other information collected by KBC

KBC collects certain technical information from your computer each time you request a page during a visit to the KBC Site. KBC's legal obligations

Changes to the KBC's privacy statement

KBC reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Statement at any time and for any reason.

If KBC decides to change its privacy policy, KBC will post those changes on the KBC Site's Homepage so that users are always aware of what information is collected, how it is used and under what circumstances, if any, it may be disclosed. If at any point KBC decides to use PII in a manner other than as stated at the time of it's collection, KBC will notify users by way of an e-mail. You will have a choice as to whether or not to allow KBC to use PII in this different manner.
