| ISOM-SIM |
| ISOM-SIM™ is a specialty reactor that models C6 Isomerisation units. It can model Butamer, PenHex, TIP, and all other C4-C6 Paraffin Isomerisation processes. The reactor is a rigorous, kinetic plug-flow unit operation with pre-built reversible and irreversible reactions, run with rigorous thermodynamics. You have the option to have the model calculate temperature profile or to input a fixed temperature profile. Effluent separation systems are set up using standard Petro-SIM unit operations to give you maximum flexibility. This system lets you examine interactions between other units within the naphtha complex and beyond.
